1. Program Description

Luminera Windows is a registered DBA of Accent Specialty Inc.

Luminera Windows sends Customer Care SMS messages only to customers who have expressly opted in. Messages may include inquiry and quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, installation scheduling, order and project updates, service requests, account updates, payment reminders for existing accounts, and responses to customer inquiries.

2. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging rates apply depending on your mobile carrier and messaging plan. Accent Specialty Inc. is not responsible for any carrier fees incurred as a result of receiving SMS messages from us.

3. Sample Messages

4. Opt-In & Consent

Customers may opt in through the Luminera Windows Quote form or Contact form.

Customers provide their mobile phone number and voluntarily select an unchecked Customer Care SMS consent checkbox.

The consent checkbox states that the customer agrees to receive Customer Care SMS messages from Luminera Windows, a registered DBA of Accent Specialty Inc.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and is not required to submit the Quote or Contact form.

You confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to use the number, and that the number is valid and capable of receiving text messages.

These SMS Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State in which Accent Specialty Inc. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
