Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Campaigns, promotions, and special offers ("Campaigns") offered by Luminera are available only to eligible customers as determined by Luminera in its sole discretion. Campaigns may be limited to specific geographic regions, customer types, or project categories.

2. Campaign Duration

Each Campaign has a specified start and end date. Offers are valid only during the stated Campaign period. Late, incomplete, or ineligible submissions will not be honored.

3. Offer Terms

Campaign discounts, rebates, or promotional pricing apply only to qualifying products and services as described in the Campaign materials. Offers cannot be applied to prior purchases, outstanding invoices, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

4. Quote and Order Requirements

To participate in a Campaign, customers must request a quote during the Campaign period and complete a signed order within the timeframe specified in the Campaign terms. Luminera reserves the right to verify eligibility before honoring any Campaign offer.

5. Cancellation and Changes

Orders placed under a Campaign are subject to Luminera's standard order, cancellation, and return policies. If an order is cancelled or modified after a Campaign discount has been applied, Luminera may, at its discretion, revoke the discount or adjust pricing accordingly.

6. No Cash Value

Campaign offers have no cash value and are non-transferable. Discounts and promotional pricing may not be redeemed for cash or credit toward unrelated purchases.

7. Fraud and Abuse

Luminera reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in Luminera's sole judgment, attempts to abuse, manipulate, or otherwise violate the spirit of a Campaign. Such participants may forfeit any Campaign benefits and may be barred from future Campaigns.

8. Modification or Termination

Luminera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Campaign at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to errors, fraud, technical failures, or changes in business strategy.

9. Privacy

Information collected through Campaign participation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the use of your information as described therein.

10. Governing Law

These Campaign Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State in which Luminera operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
