End-User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this application solely for your internal business purposes related to window and door product ordering and management.

3. Restrictions

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the application; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; (c) use the application for any unlawful purpose; or (d) transfer your rights under this agreement to any third party.

4. QuickBooks Integration

This application connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online via OAuth. Your use of the QuickBooks integration is also subject to Intuit's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the application at any time for violation of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application.
